At Kaizen Artefacts, all products are carefully curated, handcrafted, and many are made-to-order or customized according to client requirements.

No Returns or Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed and dispatched.

Customized & Made-to-Order Products

Customized, personalized, and made-to-order products are created specifically for each customer and therefore cannot be returned, exchanged, cancelled, or refunded.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

In the unlikely event that you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective product
  • An incorrect product

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Clear photographs of the product
  • An unboxing video showing the issue

Upon verification, we may offer a replacement at our discretion.

Product Variations

Minor variations in color, finish, texture, size, and appearance are natural characteristics of handcrafted products and are not considered defects.
