Exchange Policy

At Kaizen Artefacts, every piece is thoughtfully designed and carefully inspected before it is packed and dispatched. We are committed to delivering products of the highest quality and craftsmanship.

As many of our products are handcrafted and curated with attention to detail, slight variations in finish, texture, or color are a natural characteristic and add to the uniqueness of each piece. These are not considered manufacturing defects.

To maintain the integrity of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds. However, if you receive a product with a genuine manufacturing defect or damage, we will be happy to assist you with an exchange.

Exchange Eligibility

Exchanges are applicable only in the case of a manufacturing defect or if the product is received damaged.

To request an exchange:

• Notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Email clear photographs of the product showing the defect along with your Order Number to kaizenartefacts@gmail.com, or share the details on our official WhatsApp support number.
• Our team will review the request and may ask for additional photographs or information if required.

Exchange Process

Once your request has been verified and approved:

• We will arrange for the defective product to be collected (where service is available).
• After the product passes our quality inspection, a replacement of the same product will be dispatched at no additional cost.
• If the same product is unavailable, our team will get in touch with you to discuss suitable alternatives.

Exchange Requests Will Not Be Accepted For

• Damage caused due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
• Minor variations in colour, texture, finish, or dimensions resulting from handcrafted processes or differences in screen displays.
• Exchange requests raised after 7 days from the date of delivery.
