7. Exchange Policy

We do not offer returns or refunds.

Exchanges are accepted only in cases of manufacturing defects or products received damaged, provided the request is raised within 7 days of delivery.

Customers must email clear photographs of the defect along with their order details to kaizenartefacts@gmail.com or contact us via our official WhatsApp support number for verification.

Exchange requests are subject to approval after inspection by our quality team.
